Making Sure All Files Included in BSA

Some of my projects have become complex, with MCM translation files, DDS graphic resources, and utility scripts which are not directly linked to objects for my mod in the Creation Kit.

When I go to Create an Archive in CK, these other files are not automatically known that they need to be included and I have to add them manually. This requires intimate knowledge of the mods inner workings and, forgetful as I am, I'm afraid I will omit something.

Is there a way to explicitly tell CK about resources that should be included in the BSA and have CK remember that for the future? HOW TO YOU EXPERTS DO IT?

(I did at one point have a utility script added as one of the scripts for a quest, which made sure it was in the BSA, but also caused a (harmless) error to show up in the log as my script did not extend Quest or any other form.)
