After watching the trailer I noticed they said it was ingame footage that wa used and not cgi footage, so from the wall trailer it looks like it's going to be something of a great game to play. What I would like to know is, was that wall trailer the pc version graphics?

I don't think the Wall trailer was PC footage. The only known PC footage is the 3D trailer shown at E3: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zrom0EF_ITU

I'm not sure because the trailer graphics were good, so if it was console graphics, people using consoles are in for a treat.
