Hey all. I know Malacath has 2 artifacts (scourge and Volendrung), But ive noticed that at his shrines in Oblivion and Skyrim he is dipicted as wielding a greatsword. Ive tried looking for information on it but not found anything. Anyone know anything that ive missed?

Nothing is known about it. It started off as a falchion, now it's a straight-edged greatsword.

I call it... Maleficus!
