Malcolm Latimer (contains spoiler)

Post » Tue Jan 19, 2016 7:11 am

So Malcolm Latimer has started sending triggermen after me after I made a joke about killing his son. On one hand, they would be a reliable supply of .45 and submachine guns, on the other hand killing these losers might get boring.

Any advice?

ps - I'm not going to apologise or pay money and the only thing he'll get from me is a silent bullet.

The Silent bullet is a good idea.

I just cut his throat as he slept, wonder how well his money is serving him now.

About the only way to get rif of the triggermen is to off him. But be prepared to hole up afterwards for 24 hours, since we're back to psychic guards, if the kill isn't performed with some appropriate perks. Staying hidden, alone in Latimer's house, isn't sufficient. The whole of DC notices and attacks if you step out.

Honestly, it's free XP and a handful of caps for vendoring everything you can strip from their still-warm bodies. Let him live on, in misery and despair, as the best men his caps can buy fall like leaves before the storm that is the Sole Survivor and his empire continues to crumble into dust.

Take his dead sons head and put it in his bed while he sleeps.

Snipe him from over the roof in your DC home, then back in.

He has no armor / defense at all, it'll be quite easy.

At worse, pull a stealth boy if you don't want to risk to aggro everyone else in town .

Reminds me of Fallout 3 when I used to keep Lucas Simms' head in a bowl outside my shack in Megaton

I didn't even notice, this was an option. Sadly, it isn't an option in FO4. I would have gladly tossed his son's head at Latimer when he accused me. Call me sick. But to a certain degree, I like to play sickos in Fallout games.
