And the guys, similarly, tend to all have ripped abs, giant pecs & biceps, and chisled faces. Characters in games tend to be idealized.
(The "everyone has the same body, even the old witch in the swamp" thing, is technical limitations - the programmers stuck with the easy approach and just made a single male & female body.)

Hi 2000, I miss your imputs about this in the NV forum...
However the old witch in the swamps was not so much that the semi nvde body was that of a 20 year old.
Rather that the outfits and style that overwrite the mesh are completely at odds with the characters role / feel.
For example they could have made a baggy outfit that covers the torso, instead they opted for a catsuit, thus overwritting the base mesh of the body with a tight pvc hubba hubba get up.
Then left the face as an older ladies, with a new again out of character hair do.
Then a rogue called Isabella seems to have a larger more exposed bust than she would if the outfit was removed.
Again most likely overwritting the base mesh, other outfits that I've seen seem to do this as well.
However certain characters I understand this with, but making a majority of them in a game is just pandering to a immature market.
So I hope the outfits in Skyrim when overwritting don't go overboard with the same looks.
