I think M'aiq saying his ancestor's were all named M'aiq is his way of living up to his name. Because M'aiq is in every game, and he acknowledges things that sometimes don't have to do with the world of Elderscrolls (ie. M'aiq on the Fable Series) it is possible (in my opinion) that M'aiq achieved something known as CHIM, which makes him a god and more importantly self-aware that he is in a video game with you at the helm.

It's an odd bug that happens in my version of Morrowind. All guards (imperial, redoran, ordinator, etc..) randomly break out in dance. If you walk up to them to talk to them, they will instantly stop and say something completely out of character like, "we're watching you...scum."

I finally decided to make it into a gif to replace an animated avatar that i had been sporting on these forums for 5 years. I thought it was a worthy successor.

i sort of wanna found a guild who's members have to follow M'aiq for a day and map his movements

Dunno if it's been mentioned in this thread, but during Beta I found something that had 'Given to M'aiq, from his father - M'aiq' etched on it. He just comes from a long line of liars
