Mama Murphy Chair stuck in the ceiling : Fallout 4

I've searched this forum and the net and cannot seem to find any way that works for me.

I built Mama Murphys chair and as I was trying to walk into the house, one of the idiot NPC blocked the door and the chair ended up in the ceiling/attic area. She found her way up there and theres no way to fulfill her quests. The only solution I have seen is to get her away from the chair then go into construction mode and move the chair.

I can get her away but construction mode does not see the chair while it's up there. Ive built stairs to get on the roof, stairs in the house to get within a few feet but construction mode just doesn't see it

Anyone know how to delete the chair via console? For most people with this glitch they are able to select the chair once they get her to move but it's not working for me.

*UPDATE , Problem resovled*

Thanks to a post I found in the Steam forums, here's what worked for me:

You want to teleport each of them (Mama and the Chair) to your position by doing the following:

- Look at mama

- Open console (Key may vary depending on keyboard layout)

- While open console click on mama to select her (this will also show ref id)

- Write "moveto player" and press enter and exit console (Same key that opens it)

- Once she's down, do the same for the chair. If the chair comes down crooked and partially in the floor, just highlight it in construction mode (this time you will be able to) and scrap it. Build a new on and you're done
