A man of the Empire; input on character build

So, I'm once again back in the wonderfull province of Vvardenfell; right now playing with one of my standard Dunmer characters.

But I'm also thinking about creating a real classical Imperial, just to focus my play on working to integrate Vvardenfell even further in great empire of men. For this task im thinking of something like this:

Class: Imperial Knight, or something

Race: Imperial (obvious)
Birthsign: The lady (to easy?)

Specialization: Stealth or combat

Favored: Strenght/Agility

Major skills: (so far)
Long blade

Block

Heavy armour

Speechcraft

Minor skills: (same)

Hand-to-hand

Athletcis

Light armour

Mercantile

*Armourer*

Factions im thing about: Imperial Legion, Imperial Cult, The Blades; most possibly House Hlahlu and maybe the fighters guild.

So guys, what am I missing out on? Or will this be to easy?

You still have one Major Skill slot and one Minor Skill Slot to fill. so I'd suggest Sneak (since you chose Stealth as a specialization) and Armorer (to repair your armors).

As soon as you land in Seyda Neen, take the silt strider to Gnisis and (re)discover vvardenfell via the missions of the Imperial Legion, only using the armor they give you.

Yeah, i know. The thing with stealth, is that i'm probably not going to use it so much that it pays off. Since i'm focusing on heavy armour and long blade, I will probably just charge head on in fights. Armorer on the other hand sound realy good, thanks for the advise; it's probably going in as a minor.

And im thinking about changing specilization into combat; it's more bonuses there for me.
