What if we had a management board where we could store weapons, clothing/armor, and other gear, then be able to assign that gear to specific settlers?
While I'm not sure we could use this to assign roles to certain jobs on specific placements (that would probably be an even bigger pain to code), this would help us with keeping all of our settlers geared up in case of an attack.
At the same time, maybe have each settler have a specific first and last name that is randomly generated like in Fallout Shelter, to make it easier to remember who is placed where, and who has/will get what gear.
I would rather this be an update than a DLC, as it isn't very big and sounds more like an update kind of thing for Bethesda.
