So this is my second time having to do this quest, since my game glitched and had to revert to an old save. When I go into the meeting room to meet with "Father" (Current mission point is "Attend Directorate Meeting"), I sit down at the table, and absolutely nothing happens. I let it sit for a good hour or so, but nothing.

I dont have a recent save that I can revert back to, even though I should. Any tips?

You'll have better luck with this thread in the proper sub-section, but I don't know if you're playing on PC, PS4, or XBox.

after you sit down you have to manually initiate a conversation with.. the mechanic girl.. forget her name.. but father's second in command basically.. she sits right next to you in the meeting.. you have to speak with her to start the meeting.

I have tried this, but everyone says that it has to wait until after the meeting. And Father has a marker above him like im supposed to talk to him.

On the XBOX one btw.

must be a bug then.. you talk to father he asks you to take his place at the meeting.. you sit down and talk to the one mechic girl and then the meeting starts and your asked a few questions about how to proceed ect.

I literally had to shoot someone in the face, run away and wait 72 hours, then it worked. Flawless logic.
