Many exciting video game sequels coming out this year, most of them are the third installments in their own respective series. Heck, 2011 could even be dubbed the year of 3s.

A few games already released but many still coming. Lets see, there's:

- Marvel vs. Capcom 3
- Killzone 3
- Mass Effect 3
- Uncharted 3
- Gears of War 3
- Modern Warfare 3
- Resistance 3
- Ninja Gaiden 3
- Diablo 3
- Deus Ex 3
- (Possibly) Megaman Legends 3
- (Possibly) MaxPayne 3

There could be a few more I didn't mention. You'd wish it would end there, but noooo, we have more. Skyrim(Duh), MGS: Rising, Dragon Age 2, Batman: Arkham City and more. Ahh, this year will leave me with a much lighter wallet, severe sleep deprivation and some failed courses(jk ). 2011 can be predicted as one of the best years in gaming, the mere excitement I felt when I read this somewhere was enough to keep me awake through last night.

On the other hand, there are protests, revolutions and uprisings going on everywhere, but lets not talk about that.

What are your thoughts?

Battlefield 3!!

Resistance 3, hell yeah! Modern Warfare 3...yeah no words for that at all.

Skyrim. Screw everything else. Elder Scrolls games defined my REAL introduction to deep games.

I'm not buying a new game until Thief 4 (and I suppose Deus Ex 3, to get a taste to see how Eidos Montreal is as a developer), Rome 2 Total War, or Elder Scrolls V. :shrug:

This. I already got Radiant Historia which just came out. The only other game worth looking forward to this year is Skyrim.

Maybe Battlefield 3, I did like the Battlefield games.

One other game too, but its name evades me at the moment. I think it has vikings and dragons, or something, but it's not related to How to Train Your Dragon...has a "rim" somewhere in its name...toilet rim? Bottle rim? Bah, it'll come to me eventually.

Yeah, there's a lot of games coming out this year that I really want, and I'm hoping to get all of them. But first and foremost: Portal 2. I'm not getting any other game until I get Portal 2. Then of course there's Skyrim, Uncharted 3, L.A. Noire, Batman: Arkham City, Killzone 3, Battlefield, Infamous TOO MANY.

Oh, and Modern Warfare 3 = :yuck: Watch, I'm gonna end buying though haha.

The fact that you didn't even mention Skyrim on TES forums blows my mind.

I came here for Fallout, I'll probably get Skyrim when the price drops, if at all :shrug:
