first of all, by far the best game i have ever played, but it would be so much better if only it would answer these following questions:
1.what happend to alcatraz?
2.why/how did cell capture prophet and held him for over 20 years?
3.when did prophet meet the alpha ceph?
4.how did ceph turn red from blue? (as seen in the 2 first entries of the crysis series)
5.what happend to gould?
6.what happend to nomad? did he die?
7.WHO is the alpha ceph? and how did cell capture him?
8.how did prophet BECOME the nanosuit at the end? he f#@king cloacked without wearing the suit and his skin was changing and glowing blue.
these are the kind of things i realy like/hate about stories.its just like prometheus. your mind f#@king explodes thinking how? when? who?.....please help me and do you think there is gonna be another entry in the crysis series?

Bahaha. Most of your questions were explained in the game actually, perhaps paying more attention would be a good idea.
1. He's still there, just as a body form. At the end of Crysis 2, Laurence Barns personality took over Alcatraz and become the entity known as prophet.
2. They didn't hold him for 20 years, only 3-4 years or so. From the dialogue at the start of the game, apparently CELL shot him with K-Volt weapons, of which drained his suit, they then put him in a nanosuit prison you can see at the start.
3. I believe the first game was when they first met, not too sure.
4. The ceph were red in Crysis 2. In the first Crysis, the Ceph were 'Scientists' while in Crysis 2+3, the Ceph are 'Warriors'.
5. Unknown. I believe he was killed by the CELL at some point according to some data you can optionally pickup during the game.
6. He was killed by a RPG sometime between the 2nd and 3rd games.
7. The Alpha ceph is the head of the ceph on earth. I don't know how you didn't manage to pick that up, it was explained multiple times during the campaign. During one stage, Prophet absorbed the energy from the Alpha Ceph, and the Ceph bowed to Prophet. How you didn't pick it up then is beyond me.
8. The nanites in the suit were unlocked, which allows them to take "any form they wish to", during Prophets fall to earth, you can see the classical 'DNA Integration' overlay, which also happened in Crysis 2, when Laurence merged with Alcatraz. The nanites took the form of Laurence Barns, which is why he can cloak.

Perhaps some more attention to what's going on, eh?

That's fine. If you ever feel like playing the story again, turn on the subtitles, most people process it better when they can read it.
