I heard that you can make a map on the PC and transfer it over to console. Is this true? Just curious :)

For the present it is not known if there will be editor either for PC or for consoles

Crytek has not said at all to the respect but I found a web page that he says that it is going to make Crytek a editor for not commercial use.

Though not if this information is completely true.

What you're talking about is a developers tool called LiveCreate, which is fascinating technology. Unfortunately, this feature won't be coming to us. It's a developers tool, required mainly to work on PS3/360 test kits, which all works at a simultaneous time with the PC. In other words, whatever you make on the PC, will be made and ported at the same time on the consoles.

Like I said, some pretty cool technology, but we won't be getting our hands on it, unless we work for a games company like Crytek, or if other companies have licensed CE3.
