Like the title said some items that I have deleted with Markfordelete reappear in my game after an unknown period of time.

I had redecorated my Heljarchen House through the console to make a library in what was originally the Storage room. I have added bookcages that you can see orriginally in the Arcaenium of the College of Winterhold.

It looked great, and I had a bookcase for letter of the alphabet, including space for books that start with numbers.

But... after a while deleted objects reappeard through the book cases! And I don't like that. Breaks both the immersion of the game as well as all the physics rules I am aware off.

So, my question... how do I permanently delete these objects?
