You can get married to whoever you want, everyone in Skyrim is Bi xD :shrug:

The same if you're a male, and the candidates are also the same. Your gender/race does not determine who you can marry. You can get married by going to the temple of mara in riften (or the bee and the barb, if it's your first time in riften) and talking to the priest. He will explain the details.
