You did not rerun BOSS. You definitely do not want the Oblivion.esm file loading anywhere other than first. (Delinquent master means a some mods master is loading after it. You will see orange check marks indicating this status. Red boxes stand for missing master. Unless, the plugin with the missing master has a "filter" tag, that is worse. Your game will certainly crash. Lastly, make sure to turn of "lock times" want BOSS to change your load order, which is what you want most of the time.

Also, sometimes it takes time for bugs to show up, and it s better to catch them early. Why put your computer at risk? The buggy module is the Natural Weather plugin. I suggest AWLS only because it is more current and more optimized. If you do not see an immediate difference in FPS when you try to load say...the med version of AWLS, you have a nice computer. IWR mainly hits you in the cities, and if you do not know what this setup runs like without it, just try deactivating IWR and running the game. However, I understand your impatience. Spending 99% of your time fixing installations, including your own (like me) is not the way to
play, for sure.

Ah, perfect response, thanks. You're right about the bugs,
but I'm somewhat worried I'll become even *more* confused while installing/uninstalling all these other mods. But I'll give it a try: better to do it now, than end up with a bugged-out save game or laggy system later.
EDIT: Okay, I installed All Natural, ran Boss with Lock Times off. It fixed my load order for Progress. AN is now loading before MMM or OOO, which I'm assuming is correct?
With Enhanced Vegetation, when I create the OMOD, no files show up on the list before I hit "Create." However, it does take a few minutes to load, and it says "Omod created successfully".
Then Enhanced Vegetation OMOD has a red square, and I'm worried about activating it.

EDIT 2: Okay, everything so far seems to be loading okay. I haven't been able to check Progress'... progress, so to speak... Everything looks much nicer, but I've only tested interiors. If I can now get Enhanced Veg to work, I'll be in the bizzo.
So in OBMM I have a red-squared
EV-high res textures 1.1, and a green
EV Plugins 1.1 file.
