Marvel VS Capcom 3 : Othor Games

I am ussually not a fan of fighting games, but recently i have been getting kind of excited about this one.

I was sort of suprised to see no topic discussing it so........ Here we are.

I am assuming there will be some sort of online component for this game so if you are going to be getting it, post the system your getting it for and what your ID (Gamertag) is.

I certainly will be getting it. And the kickass Shuma Gorath t-shirt :dance:
Anyways, I'll be on 360. Gamertag is Lv97 Magikarp.

I hope Phoenix Wright will be a DLC character.

It still baffles me that MegaMan wasnt in it.

I assume they are doing it so they can release it as a DLC eventually

I don't know about this one. Might get it, might not. Depends on reviews and what people say, also gonna wait till I demo it.

I assume they are doing it so they can release it as a DLC eventually

cause they already put in Arthur

and they are basically the same , look at the gameplay.

Yup me and my friend already got our arcade stick ready

( yes we each have our own ) we play MvC 2 to death

still, considering they added Zero and Tron Bonne, it suprising that they did not add the blue bomber himself

Also, a list of characters i would have liked to see.

Serv - bot: is a waste of space if you ask me.

Frank west : i really like him in Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars would be fun to have him in mvc3.

Cyclops : Yea i went " wtf no cyclops? " also.

Phoenix Wright will never be in because Capcom don't want to make a moveset for him, MegaMan will ony ever get in as X or Exe because his old moveset was terrible. Servbot is lol and Cyclops will never ever get in because Marvel won't let him be in because they don't want to market him.

I'm definetly getting this. I loved Tatsonoku vs Capcom and I also love Marvel, so it has to be win. My team will probably be Thor, Amaterasu and someone else. Haven't fully decided yet.

Nick and I picked up copies at lunch yesterday. Popped it in my Xbox as soon as I got home last night

Figured out a team yet?

I've been running Magneto, Phoenix and Doom so far. Mostly focused on the keepaway until Dark Phoenix gets a chance to rushdown.

I was using Ryu, Chun Li, and Thor most of the time.

Thor is pretty great, I love his down down, fierce taunt. Great for filling up bars.

Haven't played online yet, is it full of Dante/Zero/Dormammu over and over?

Rented it yesterday. I am not a fighter fan, nor am I a Marvel fan to tell the truth, all I have to say is this game is awesome. The fighting is fast paced, specials fill up the screen, the art style is beautiful and again, despite me not being a comic fan, I really like the line up. Trust me, if this game managed to impress me, actual fighting fans should love this game. Although I must say that the arcade mode is a bit lacking.

Just got it today and played a few matches with my friends. I still a bit confused from the shift from SFIV, so I haven't pulled off any good combos yet. The Shuma-Gorath shirt that came with the special edition is awesome, and has him gripping 4 Servbots in his tentacles.
