The original Normandy just feels cramped and primitive compared to the SR2 in my opinion.

I preferred the original Normandy to that lumbering behemoth those prats at Cerberus built.

I liked the SR2 because it didn't have those horrible looking bendy claw things on the front. I guess you could call it the landing gear. It just looked awkward.

This ship just had a different atmosphere, it wasnt like the normandy, it was just too different, its a military ship yet in ME2 its a flying 5 star hotel with guns.

The ambient lighting was nicer. I could see the ship much better than having dimmed lights everywhere.

It has a bar, what more could you ask for? Cerberus really know how to make ships.

...and how to reanimate dead organic material ...and how to apparently grow credit trees... and how to create artificial intelligences that aren't going to go all HAL 9000 on your booty. :)

Well, EDI does say Cerberus put most of their resources into resurrecting you, so the second isn't really true :P
Still don't entirely trust EDI, either. Not until I do her loyalty mission, which is totally a thing that needs to happen.

I never distrusted EDI at all, having her go HAL9000 on us would have been way to big of a cliché, and I knew BioWare wouldn't do that with the two AI characters in the game, both EDI and Legion were awesome.

I've grown to trust EDI. When Miranda got all mad about unshackling her, I imaged my Shep giving her a quick slap to the face. :P

Aren't Geth synthetic and organic? Or am I just getting them confused with Reapers.

Those three threads contain everything possible modding wise in ME 2 so far if your interested Jeff. I think there is some limitations on wha tmodels you can use but am not sure.

Thanks for that, Andaius. Was very thoughtful, but I only have it on Xbox.

I too trust EDI and Legion; I didn't anticipate any betrayal. EDI annoys me, though. And Legion needed more air time, as opposed to hurrying the hell up and beating the game.

:snoring: Oh, and someone please wake me up when they release the Liara DLC. Or any new ME2 DLC, for that matter. I need to test out Kasumi's frags upgrade, and I have no enemies left. Has anyone tried the frags? How is it, compared to flash bangs? :nuke:

It works like Zaeed's inferno grenade. I think it's kind of meh since I don't see anything special.

yeah, they are much more difficult to use as well since you have an animation and actual grenade to throw unlike the insta hit of companions.

Well I didn't trust Legion at first, but I was curious and nowhere near stupid enough to sell an intact Geth when I was swimming in credits and had nothing important to spend them on. When I knew there were two factions of Geth and I saw that Legion obviously wasn't trying to hurt me, and Shepard is basically the embodiment of a god, so i doubt Legion would've had a shot at it unarmed anyway. I trusted him completely after that, especially when I questioned him about the N7 armor.

Throw is more usefull for Crowd control on lower difficulties, Reave is great for getting rid of shields and armor.

Geth are synthetic.

Would be interesting to melt people and use the metal to create a geth. "Do geth have souls ?" "Well you do now" Also interesting would be to melt reapers and see what happens when you mix them into one thing, super reaper ?

I only care for the most damage to the largest category of enemies.

Which one has the highest damage, to a common foe?

Mass-Throw can throw several people at once, but Reave will probably do more damage to a single target and it will boost your health if it's an organic enemy without any armor, shield or barrier.

Throw does very little damage, but a well placed one can throw an enemy off an edge, or whack them off of the roof.

edit:
So, I've started a new insanity playthough with a soldier. Any tips before I get shot too much?

I also recommend Fortification.

As for the Reave vs. Throw skills, it depends on what difficulties you're playing on. If you're playing on Casual-Veteran then I'd go with Throw Field otherwise get Area Reave.

On my Vanguard, I decided to not go with the most tactful upgrades. Instead of of getting Inferno Ammo and Squad Cryo, I instead got Wide Shockwave and Pull Field since I just love the biotics in this game.
