After clearing out the building I use the elevator on the bottom to go up to the top. After it loads my character falls through the elevator and is inside of the building on a small ledge. I can look up and see the elevator go up the shaft without me. I am just stuck on that ledge looking through the building. I also cant fast travel from that spot. I have restarted the game and tried reloading and going in different positions or even jumping before and after I load but nothing seems to work. I cant progress farther. Any suggestions?

Is this the right place to post this? Any info?
