During the quest "Mass Fusion", I have encountered a progress blocking, game breaking glitch.

After deciding Dance's fate, I am tasked with going to Mass Fusion for the Brotherhood in order to get an item for the Prime. Every time I get out of the Vertibird, my character is stuck with an animation that still has him holding the minigun from the Vertibird. After a minute or 2, my game then crashes completely and I am forced to shut down the application on the Playstation menu. I am a HUGE Fallout fan, and I have been waiting for this game since I watched the announcement trailer in the school bathroom. I have already put 40 hours into this game and I don't plan to stop anytime soon, but now I have this burden to worry about. I have loaded many saves before, I've even gone back over 5 hours of gameplay, and I am still having this issue. Please fix it soon, this has possibly been the most disappointing thing I have ever experienced in a Fallout game as I have never had an issue like this before. Thank you.
