Massive frameratedrop - reset everything. Help :D

Okay, so usually i play skyrim on ultra with about a 100 mods and some enb's installed - however today i decided to install some new mods (mostly via the nexus and steam workshop, but also Duke Patricks Archery and Heavy Weapons Combat from tesalliance.org), and when i launched skyrim: Bam - like 10 fps and high mouse latency. I had edited the ini files, so i deleted them and ran skyrim again, so it could re-create them. It set my graphics settings to medium, which in its own right svcks, but also as i entered the game, it still had an outrageously low framerate, and high mouse latency. Next up i deactivated all my mods, and deleted newly added files. Still didn't help. Tried running with SKSE and without, no difference, also started a new save, and it didn't help.
I got an intel GPU and a Nvidia 670mx GPU with 3Gb dedicated memory + 3.7Gb borrowed from my ram, and i was wondering if maybe the problem was that it didn't switch from the intel to the Nvidia? How can you check that? My other theory is that i somehow added a cap to the framerate? How can one do this and how might one reverse it? :)
Any help will be wildly appreciated! I don't want to reinstall 10Gb worth of mods :)

Obviously you play with the Intel HD graphic card from your Intel Processor !!!!

You should go to: right click on your Desktop -> Nvidia Control Panel

------------------------------------------------1st step

Nvidia Control Panel -> 3D settings -> Set Physx configuration -> [Select a Physx processor] -> Geforce GTX 670 - APPLY !!!

-------------------------------------------------2nd step

Nvidia Control Panel -> 3D settings -> Manage 3D settings -> Global settings -> [Preferred graphics processor] -> High performance Nvidia processor - APPLY !!!

...and that's it actually. GOOD LUCK !!!!
