A MASSIVE request...

Is it possible in ANY way to put mods on consoles, I remember seeing on a separate forum something that converts the modded file to an Xbox 360 format or something. So my question is, IS IT POSSIBLE?!

Yep you can, Todd Howard himself talked about it when asked about the possibility of letting consoles have mods. I'm not sure how though, you'll have to do a bit of research. I think you'll need some kind of file browser on your xbox or something, I don't know I never used a console.

Any ideas on how they may have did it?

Read up on google how it was done on Oblivion,Im sure it could be done in a similar way on Skyrim. I know people that got into the "testinghall" and even made the Dremora race playable in Oblivion on the Xbox.

Unless you have a modded (illegal) Xbox, this won't be possible. I'm pretty sure that you can't download any new system updates on a modded Xbox though, so you wouldn't ever be able to go online and get patches. Also there's a good chance the mod could completely mess up your game.

Mods are never coming to consoles, deal with it.

In Oblivion it was possible to transfer game saves from PC to Xbox 360. You can check UESP to read how this is done. These saves could include mods as long as those mods only used official content that comes with the game (for example, the default Dremora race). I never bothered with it, though.
