Not sure if this should go here or not, since I'm not sure if it's a bug/glitch. But anyway.

Is there any reason Master level destruction spells don't level up destruction? In particular, Lightning Storm.
Should also note, I legendary'd destruction, and expert level spells have no issues leveling it up.
