Just reinstalled my game and keep getting this error

masterfile:localization:Lookup failed for ID 0X00012584 from strings file"STRINGS/SKYRIM_ENGLISH.DLSTRINGS

and even downloaded the strings and tried those and still get this error and am trying to figure out what to do about this and does anyone have any ideas as even tried to redownload them and same results

Where and when does the error occur? Are you using any nexus mods? Have you tried a quick game cache verify?
