Does anyone know the max permanent carry weight possible without cheating or glitches? I'm including armor and clothing that increases strength when I say permanent. I am not including aid items and alcohol since they have a time limit. It would be nice to know thebmax temporary carry weight as well.

Also, what do you need to do to achieve the max carry weight? Obviously max out strength and strong back. Anything else?

Highest I've managed is 410 in power armour with calibrated legs.

Strong back and lone wanderer are the two perks that increase your carry capacity, as for straight up formula for the strength stat, can not say.

With those perks it's 450. You could then get another 50 from armour mods. Potentially more from power armour, and then even more with Chems.

Two ranks in strong back plus about 7 or 8 Strength, Power Armour with calibrated legs + torso mod to increase Strength + military paint to further increase Strength gives about 490something carry capacity.

Lone Wanderer should be able to push it over 500.
