help nameofobject will give a list of possible matches, along with the base IDs.
The cap is still 567, or 600 with the hidden bonuses. This is actually a softcap, but the diminishing returns is so large that you'd need millions of AR to become invincible.
Well either way, this is easier to reach than the 100% AR.
