Quick question, running thru again but ive heard that game crashes if u max out all the points before u hit 30, is this still going on?

It doesn't really crash. It won't let you exit the menu and people like throwing around stupid words like "crash" and "lag" when they mean nothing of the kind.

If it happens you can always type "cm" into the console and close the window.
