Most players start the game with a rank of 5. I think the max rank of 19 is a bit low for the New Recruit mode. Maybe raise it to at least 15 or give the admins an option to raise this setting.

It seems a typo to me. If everything goes as in Crysis 2, level 40 players could be considered noobs, too
