I am using nGCD as my levelling Mod, im at level 14 and have noticed for a few levels now my Intelligence and willpower
are at 47 and 51 are in red, and they havent improved above that. Im guessing thats the cap for those two but cant i get
that cap lifted? Since 47 and 51 sound very low for them to be capped

Check and see if you have any disease/curses/bad effects operating on you at the moment.

Sorry had internet problems. No diseases or effects, nothing.
