I'm am trying to max out my Dunmer's magical capabilities. I know that I have to max out Intellegence (though I have aready screwed that up by uber_leveling alchemy to 95 without sleeping. ). Therefore finding out an easier way to max it may be difficult. So instead I am going to try a different route to solve my problem. Goes like this....

Find the best weapons, armor,rings,necklaces and other such items to enchant. Because of how I leveled, I will never get my total magicka up to where it needs to be, the only remedy to the problem is to enchant items that can help me augment my total magicka. So my question to the board is, how do you normally max out your magicka, or at least get your amount of magicka up to a point where most spells are usable? Do you enchant items to do this? What kind of weapons do you enchant? Do you enchant your armor, pants, helmet, grieves? and if so, what kind of enchantments do you usually use?

I think the best are the Sigil Stones of Fortify Magicka at 40 or later 50 pts, depending of your level. Check the list of enchanted items you can find randomly. There are a few posts talking about that... Good luck.

Or, since you've already leveled Alchemy: Columbine Root Pulp plus Water Hyacinth Nectar.

Yep, Alchemy is imo the best way to enhance your character′s magicka. Not only that, you can also get a ridiculously high Willpower, allowing you to regenerate it all in seconds.
