May we do kickstarters?

I never have gotten a straight answer. May we do kickstarters for nonprofit projects? As in the kickstarter money is purely to support ourselves and the mods we make are free. The reason kickstarters are important is because time and t ime again life issues are what lead to things like princess stomper not finishing her mods. loss of interest is a normal part of life, but a truly dedicated person really needs to experience loss of interest and regain of interest uninterrupted. this way they feel the flow. they know where they go.

\Most important, even if you don't agree why kickstarters for nonprofit fallout 3 modding projects are worth it, please is it legal?

What if I did a kickstarter to simply have bethesda sell the dlc until enough discs are boughtout that warrants more production of discs? see you could test the value that way with no risk to your name. I think kickstarters are exactly the shortcut to renewing fallout 3 modding or at least interest in mods. if not the common user's mod, then some DLC. What is there to lose?

Bethesda can even make up some bs about how the unofficial project is merely being published by them as a test DLC. important still is the kickstarter to make severe dlcs possible.
