Maybe A DLC Tie-In With Other 'Commonwealth' States?

Post » Mon Jan 18, 2016 4:26 pm

There are 4 states in the U.S. that refer to themselves as Commonwealths. Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia...all of which are in reasonable distances from each other. Maybe a possible DLC could be about the American 'commonwealths' of the post-nuclear war trying to come together to find a way to rebuild a nation. Could drum up various allies/enemies, political corruption, even 'shadow government' things.

I know there are tons of DLC ideas on these boards, but I haven't seen any like this that I know of. Thought it could be an interesting idea.

In game tho only Massachusetts has been refered to as the "Commonwealth" There's also very little organised forces around. We know there's only the BoS from DC and the Pitt Raiders from Pittsburgh, NYC is ment to have been destroyed and the transport around seems to mainly be foot.

The areas as well would be huge, at least the size of the existing game.

I'd just point out that all of the Fallout US was re-organised into Commonwealths (symbolised by the new flag), so while the Boston area refers to itself as 'the Commonwealth' every US state was in a Commonwealth.

So there is a lot of territory of the New England Commonwealth that is so far untouched in Fallout 4.
