Okay, so I decided to do a fresh reinstall of Morrwind and upon installing MCA every time I load up the game I am swarmed with 'Unable to locate....' errors. Is there any way to avoid them? I don't it's conflicting with anything since the only mods I have installed are textures replacers atm.

The most likely possibility is that the meshes and textures ended up in the wrong spot. Check your \Morrowind\Data Files\ directory, and if there's a Date Files directory inside the existing Data fies directory, then you unarchived the files to the wrong place.

Also, there is an .esm file as well as the .esp to checkmark. If you're missing one of them, it might generate all sorts of problems.
