I think I've about got this ready to go. I don't have a decent testing setup on this rig though, so I've not been able to really test it. I wonder if anyone would mind installing this thing and letting me know it works out?

Just a quick note here. This is perfectly compatible with http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1201850-rel-helluva-balanced-equipment/ that was released earlier today. This only adds to some leveled lists, so there isn't really any chance of a conflict of any sort.
