The MCM Menu? It should be located on your Options menu, you know, where Save and Load and all of that is. Assuming this is what you are talking about....

You need SkyUI. Unlike New Vegas MCM is tied in with a UI overhaul mod.

OK, I understand. I thought it was a mod needed for mods that have in-game menus. I'll just install SkyUI then.
