[Idea] "No" means no

First of all, I'm typing this on the phone.

There is/was a reddit topic about the game does not allow us to reject quest, even when we choose "no", the game will rail us into accepting it.

Is it possible for a mod to detect a selected "no", and:
- replace the NPC vocal dialogue with a generic disapproving/disappointing/etc noise
- terminate the conversation
- update setstage with the proper stage to fail the quest line?

This may break quest, but at least we have a choice and not a synth that can only accept everything that they want of us.
