Japanese RPG's. Same as regular RPG's, but you can almost always tell if it's Japanese-style or not. The Final Fantasy series, the Tales series, Dragon Quest series, uh...you get the picture. :thumbsup:

most rpg i play are asianish rpgs. like i play some Gpotato games and i think thats korean. tried perfect world,trying requim : memento mori, and right now im checking out soul of the ultimate nation wich i think is US

So I have recently experianced medic on TF2. So whats the ideas on how we will be buffing people. I hope its not like in TF2 where i have to follow a guy around with the gun. Im hoping for a set of needles i can poke people with and go along my merry way. I would also like the be able to see which people i have buffed and when its going to run out.

So that also bring into question the HUD. Will different classes have different HUDs? Perhaps medics could have a list of who they have buffed.

Agreed. You buff them once and be on your merry way at least that is how it should be. About HUD's we don't have an concrete info on that yet. Should buffs have a time limit or just till you die?

Someone where I read that a buff will keep one of your PIP's used up i think it should have a time limit or death, whichever is first. Or perhaps you can choose to remove a buff from someone? However, if it turns out that a PIP isnt used then it should be a time limit for balancing issues.

To clarify, which death do you mean? The Buffers death or the person being buffed death? To me, it would make since that if its like a shot that your giving them than it should be only if they die, but if its tied to your PIPS then its both.

Buff's last until the buffed played dies, then can can be re-buffed.

Would their be negative buffs? So you could lower someone or negate a buff? That might to cartoony for this serious title.

I don't see why you would bother debuffing someone when you could just kill them. Unless you could do it from long range, that is.

Sure give medics the buff sniper rifle :thumbsdown: Although I somewhat like the idea of debuffs, sounds like something for an operative to do. Still Ops have a lot already to do and the Soldier is needing more love. Medics and Engineers have plenty already.

I suppose a debuff would work if it was in grenade form, like a concussion grenade. Maybe we could turn corpses into medkits. But that would put us on the necro side of things.

just need to increase the health it takes because the borderland healing grenade wasnt a primary thing. it seemed more like an after thought

The healing grenades in Borderlands were awesome, especially with Grenadier and Supply Drop. they were the main grenade I used.

i never had very high healing grenades. mabye you get them better second time around but i didn't do that because i spent like 2 million trying to kill that at the end. and then i got pisssed cause my friend told me how to kill it without dying

I use transfusion grenades on both my characters. I haven't used any other type since I fist discovered transfusion.

Did anyone else see the needle that was tossed to the guy in the G4 E3 demo? It looks like we can toss people a needle when they are downed so they can rez themselves...awesome

Got him to max lvl and have another at around lvl 30....also have a Mordecai, Lilith, and Brick at lvl 50.
