Medic-Soldier-Operative-Engineer?

Post » Thu Dec 09, 2010 4:55 am

Of the four classes, what one do you plan on playing the most, or what class in you interested in?

Mine will depend, Operative, if I will be able to help my team out in a decent way or most likely Engineer since I think i got a keen eye for placed to get a turret down and firing that will make a great impact in tehe game.

I do understand the it all veries on how you team is doing and what you objective is and the best class to secure that objective but what class has you most interested? When it come to playing the game?
You can vote all of them if you choose to like them all.

As soon as I read up on the soldier I was hooked. I plan on playing that class mainly and the other 3 people that I play with regularly all got really interested in the other 3 so all roles are filled as well.

The Operative and Medic sound interesting to me. I'll probably try them first.

Will most likely go trough the resistance storyline as a (mostly) medic/med first and then security as a (mostly) soldier/heavy, since those are the two that fit my playstyle most.

lthough in the end I WILL have at least 1 char built for each class...

imo the Soldier & operative classes are the most awesome, and I can't wait to try out these 2 classes :D
But if needed I will gladly switch to Medic or engineer to help out the team. (If I see a lack of those classes I will be playing as them, but soldier and operative right now are my main choices)

Edit : I will be using both light and medium armors (mostly light) And I will try out both factions but start out as Resistance !! :gun:

Medic as first class, but I tend to switch around a lot, depending on what the team needs.

I'd probably spend most of my time playing an Engineer but intially I might start as a Medic due to everyone being a new player, myself included. The amount of experience to be made from healing and reviving might be too good to pass up.

Heavy soldier, always on the frontlines, right in the line of sight, using sheer firepower because you're too scared to use your knife.
...
Wait, that ain't right.

Whichever one sees the least combat.

I love FPS's, but I don't like getting into big fights. Weird, huh?

Anyways, I'll probably end up playing everything but operator. Then end up going medic more often than not. However, there are no tickets in this game, so it's all timed.. yep, probably medic when not soldier or fungineer.

Fair enough.

But I still think this thread is kinda redundant, because classes are fluid and sooner or later you have to change during a game.

Unless certain objectives require more than one of the same class... why? I've a friend who will primarily play as a medium medic, another a heavy soldier, and as for myself I will probably be a light operative (which I voted for of course). And we'll probably pick up a few others along the way, one of which will probably play as an engineer.

So if we have all four covered, why would any of us need to change much at all outside of probably a few isolated instances?
