If I collected it at the beginning of the game, before I took the GOAT, can I put it on my bobblehead stand at any point? Does it appear anywhere in the "Trouble on the Homefront" quest again so I can put it on my stand?

Yes, you can place it in your bobblehead stand, and no, if you get it once, then you got it for good.

If you collected before the GOAT then yes you can put it in your Bobblehead stand, and no it does not appear again

First play I did, I didn't even see the bobblehead on Dad's desk. 70 hours later, a whole bobblehead collection minus one, and I was like DOH!. So next playthrough I made sure and grab it before anything else.

I know, same thing happened to me. Totally svcks. I had all except Medicine, and the one you get in Lucas Simms house. (I blew up Megaton before I could get it)

Seriously, devs shouldn't do stuff like that... :shakehead:
