Beta...Demo who cares  :P
Well I'd rather have new models of weapons, textures won't change much so I'd prefer if you would keep searching for pictures.

I have some other questions about this mod:
1. Do you know anything about region generation or are you not going to use that?
2. Will there be distant land?
3. If there will be distant land, do you have an idea how the players could see France a bit? You know or you've heard of Calais, don't you?
4. I've seen that you can retexture objects, but can you model or do you have a modeler in your team? Edit: I've seen someone who can remodel.
5. Are you going to use Oxford/british English or american english for your literature and dialogues?

I've found an atricle about the hierarchy of the catholic church, but it's not very clear.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catholic_Church_hierarchy
The Dutch site is a bit more clear: http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hi%C3%ABrarchie_van_de_Katholieke_Kerk

My guess would be from highest ot lowest rank:
1. Pope
2. Arch bishop
3. Bishop
4. Nuntius
5. dean or arch priest
6. priest
7. deacon
8. altar boy

You could aslo include:
-cardinal (title for bishops and higher which allow them to elect a pope; every cardinal elects the pope duirng the conclave)
-abbot (head of a cloister or monastery)
-prior
-official of the curch (some kind of clerical judge)
-Canon (priest) (lived close to a cathedral, maybe some kind of counsellors to the bishop)
-Apostolic prefect (head of the missionary)

i don't know, but you could use the term ayatollah (you've probably heard that name/title before).

Well I never made these things clear so I will answer your questions:
1-I know about region generation and I might use it when necessary
2-Yes there will be distant land but it's not one of my priorities just yet
3-You won't see France anyway because it's not in the same world. I'm separating each countries except scotland and england into different worlds.
4-I can model and bone said he could re-model (and I'd like him to clarify what he means by re-modeling :P
5- :flamethrower: American english :nuke: :yuck: -- :P
6- I've already done the hierarchy in this mod and here it is:
http://i290.photobucket.com/albums/ll241/MTMmods/catho.jpg
http://i290.photobucket.com/albums/ll241/MTMmods/musli.jpg
http://i290.photobucket.com/albums/ll241/MTMmods/england.jpg
And no I won't change it.
Ayatollah might be a good replacement for "Great Imam".

just a quick idea of how to see france in England

You could add a area which was pretty empty south of england and then when you generated the landscape then you would be able to see it.

Then if you don't want players to swim all the way to france then just place borders trough the region editor :D

hope you understand me ;D

Indeed I have. France won't be part of England in any way. There will be the isle of wight and some isles around land's end but you will never see france in Great Britain's Worldspace. If you want to see France, take a ship to one of it's many ports.

(note that due to limited oblivion engine you won't be able to participate in any large scale battles)

Solution: Mass AI
check 50.40,30,20,Mass AI

No it was built in modern times, you will have to take a boat mate :P

And Mass AI won't be good. I'm not worried about the number of people I could add but the fps in the end.
A battle with 100 men would just make everything lag so much.
