I know Todd answered this, but what is one feature you wanted in a game but just couldn't properly implement?

Vsions, a lot of people say we look like identical twins and that we were actually separated at birth. I guess my question is, how come you never called?

- You've done fantasy with Elder Scrolls, you've done sci-fi with Fallout, will BGS ever do a real-world, present-day RPG or has it ever been considered?
-snip-

it's called the outside :P or sims :P

I am glad! The Lords of Skyrim just said "Duly noted" when I asked them to really work hard on the realisticness of mountains!

I agree with whoever asked is it fun for you to play your own games when you know every little detail or do you just get the satisfaction of knowing that what took you years to make is finally complete and thousands maybe millions of players are playing your game

Yeah, before your post they'd been planning on making these really ugly, brown mountains that were only waist high. The game will probably be delayed for a year now thanks to you....way to go >_>

Did you (referring to everyone on the team) play Demon's Souls?
If so, what were your impressions on the game?

another question this one isnt about skyrim im just asking if its possible. Could you create like an online thing like halo did where you could download peoples forge maps and pics ect but make it where you could download someones character? and when they need a voice you have the player say 3 different lines using his/her microphone before they upload their character?

Hey guys. Sorry I'm bit late on these meet the devs threads. I know you guys (devs) will be really sick of hearing this but I can't wait till 11-11-11. I apologize if I double up on any questions.
1. PS3 or XBOX 360? Come on you have to have a favourite.
2. Best experience ever playing TES?
3. What features currently lacking in TES would you want to include?
4. Your favourite non Bethesda game?
Thanks

What are some of your main sources of inspiration (from fantasy art to literature and film fiction), either in general or when working on game content?

This sounds lame, but seeing our own game. As a coder, I usually test code in small test cells or along the same test path. The few times where I actually sit down and play through, there's so much awesome stuff and things to look at, it blows my mind! It's the difference between designing individual Lego blocks and seeing a scale model of the Death Star done in Legos. Crazy!

Thanks for answering! That doesn't sound lame at all, actually - I can relate, in a limited way. It's a "greater than the sum of its parts" effect, with a sense of achievement from the collaboration as well?

If it's not too greedy to expect multiple answers then, the same question to any other devs-

If you could revive another game franchise like you did for Fallout, what would it be, and why?

As we all know Gary Gygax (d 2008 RIP) is the Godfather of the RPG. Has there been a reference to him an any previous BGS game that I missed?

[edit]

If it's GAAARRRRYYYY from FO3, please do not admit to this...

Or in English, "Magic, hnork hnork".

What are your favorite holiday spots?
What is your favorite European country?
What clever ruse do you use to access the forums when you should really be busy finishing that script up, I mean the deadline was two days ago and they can't continue work on that quest if all the necessary scripting isn't finished, and if it isn't finished by this evening there's a large possibility you will be fired?
