Devs and community: If you could choose any video game to be remade with modern day technological magic, what would it be (excluding bethesda titles)?

My pick is X-Com Loved the hell out of that game. I must have completed it like 10 times over the years. The first person shooter currently in production does not count (for obvious reasons).
