I think if it were up to some of the fans, they would be locked in

I apologize if this question has been asked, but are any of you similar to some of the races in the TES world? Did any of the inspiration for the races come from each other?

I'm not sure if this question has been asked but how is Todd Howard in the office. Is he a good person to be working for, is he strict, etc. Anyone on Beth's team can answer this question, even Todd himself although he's probably busy working on Skyrim or some other Bethesda related thing.
