What would your dream team of game studios be.

Mine would be Bioware, for great story and characters, and you guys for the open world experience and overall feel of the game

Have any of you tried out the Oblivion mod "Elsweyr: Deserts of Anrquina"? If so, what did you think of it? Is it similar to how you imagined Elsweyr?

This question is specifically for the artists on your team: I myself am an artist.. not a very good one yet but I am workin on it.. I was wondering what sort of inspiration do you guys look for before doing your work? Do you love to listen to music while you work? If so what do you guys listen to? Do you watch movies and/or play video games in order to get inspiration? Do you get inspired from books? I know these are not the only ways to be inspired but I am just curious on a personal level what you guys do to get the creative ideas flowin'.

1. Do you have to strickly work for one game company, or can you get a contract from a different game company while the previous game company is not developing a game?
2. In regards to saving your progress in the computer, have you ever done some work that you were finished with, but something went wrong and you had to do it all over agian?
