So, developers, I heard you guys were being sued for causing a seizure, and that your game did not provide warning.

This is not true, as in the booklet that comes with the game it says:

"Important Health Warning About Playing Video Games

A very small percentage of people may experience a seizure when exposed to certain visual images, including flashing lights or patterns that may appear in video games. Even people who have no history of seizures or epilepsy may have an undiagnosed condition that can cause these "photosensitive epileptic seizures" while watching video games."

He should not be successful.

The next TES game will be on the PS4 and Xbox 720, both of course having much more processing power than their predecessors. With this in mind, do you think it's likely the next game will be set in larger world space, much larger than SR? If so, designing the various landscapes by hand could be quite laborious. I refer to a graphics mode similar to 'Ubersampling' implemented in The Witcher 2.

Bioware also released a 'High textures pack' for Dragon Age 2

Will Bethesda do something similar for Skyrim which allows folks squeeze the best possible graphical performance from the game?
