I think this is the place for this.... To the artists that design the weapons and armor, where do you draw your inspiration from? (like medieval armor, or something you saw somewhere, or just winging it). And are there any tips you might give a person on how to get closer to your level of artistic ability? (Like tricks and tips, possibly a teacher/video recommendation. Things like that.

At the moment I am in college as a game design major, and I focus more on weapons and armor than level and structural design (though I do do them ) so any pointers would be awesome.
And to the whole team, thanks for making awesome games.
