I'm at my wits end. There's a major bug on the meet the directors quest. Essentially the mission is to meet the directors, then finally speak to dr Madison Li. As I understand it she is supposed to upgrade your pipboy to enable you to teleport in & out of the institute. The problem is she didn't do this for me & told me to meet her back at the brotherhood of steel. This is all well and good, however the quest continues to send me back to Madison Li, but she just says the same thing every time & I literally can't leave the institute.


Loads of people talking about the bug, but I can't see any solution to the issue. Has anybody else encountered the issue and does anyone have a solution. Unfortunately I know don't have a save prior to this which doesn't help me.
