On topic: Daedric Princes love souls, don't they? What does Mehrunes do with the souls that he claims? Treat them like he did in Mankar's "paradise"?

In Battlespire some enemies were the tormented wraiths who pledged their souls to Mehrunes Dagon, and now in their ghostly forms wander his Hunting Lodge.

Princes do what princes want. Remember, the razor didn't have an instant kill effect in Morrowind, and I'm not sure what it did in Daggerfall.

Darn it! How could I forget Morrowind and Daggerfall!

.........I forget what they did in those games

Daggerfall, if I can guess right, seems to be like in Skyrim and Oblivion, but instead of a % chance of working, it's against a magical save. In Morrowind, it poisons, destroys armor, and gives a weakness to poison.
