does anyone know if there will be a spicific melee weapon that you can pick up?

nope, melee is gun butt or knife (if equipped with pistol)

Pick up? Not sure what you mean. If you mean pick up as in find them on the battlefield Perfect Dark style then no. If you mean pick us as in use in your class then there's a knife that you can only use with a pistol equipped, and there's the butt of your gun for everything else. That's it as far as melee goes.

not that we know based off the info that we know you can melee with your gun or you can use a knife and i don't believe you can customize the knife at all
