the cloaking is well balanced in my opinion! i as well can see cloakers without the nanovision and the cloak svcks a lot of energy with stealth enhancer!

I've binded Nano vision to my extra mouse buttons, problem solved.. A cloaker hasn't killed me in some time yet unless they come from behind but then they don't beed to be stealthed for that.

if you get killed by cloak marshall combo its because you are a lameass camping ****, or dont even look around, something like get m60k engage armor and go around killing people while your allies die

shotguns were made for people to be able to run past ppl who can play and kill noobs standing with snipers, campers in general and people who would wait for an ally to die and then kill the attacker, shotgun relies on all the gear you have, its not op, stop whining

i still dont know how players can SPRINT all map in cloak mode with vision enabled and kill u for your back =/

><

vision mode is broken. hurt my eyes and gives a poor level assist to detect cloaked players - THIS is the problem!

i'm a armor user.. but i'm being rapped by back cloaked-sprinting-visioned kills.
how can they hold the energy too longer?

They probably have a combination of either vision enhance, stealth enhance, mobility enhance w/ nanorecharge or energy transfer.

3rd level enhancements uses less energy so they can use those modes for longer while having energy transfer or nano-recharge almost assures them of unlimited energy.

Actually if you shoot while cloaked your bullet does not hit. Try it. Point blank range, shotgun or sniper, shoot them in cloak, no hit at all.

You have to uncloak first or you will die. So your argument is invalid.

Although marshall shot then melee is a good way to kill someone fast however you have to uncloak first!!

actually they will hit... if you shoot when you cloak (with marshall) it will hit the enemy and weaken them... If followed by a melle = insta death....

for those of you saying im a bad player - i am holding down a 3.6 kill death ratio noobs

Really? I find this never works and awlays results in me being killed as your energy insta hits 0.

Also cloaked and sniping dead on headshot non-moving target does not hit, becuase shooting from cloak distrots your screen and always makes you miss.... so yeah....

herp-a-derp im the noob? that isnt even tactic going around **** cloaked 24/7 then shootiung while cloaked because they are too much of incopetant **** to uncloak and face someone like a man...

and dont **** call me a noob you retard...

i have put over 110 hours into C2 and i know what im talking about - Im also 3.51 Kill death ratio so **** off and dont call me a noob before you **** look at my stats dumb ****

Loser. You hate Crysis 2 yet you put 110 hours into the game. I've read your posts on gamesas you hate the game lol. And 110 hours ALREADY? You either are lying or have NO life. And seriously, NO LIFE to put 110 hours into a game you HATE AND in especially in the small time the games been out.

Also, if you had a 3.51 KD then that means you shouldn't experience melee/cloak shooting very much considering you BARELY die. So why are you complaining? Are you just that bichy or do you have a hobby to complain? I think you DON'T have a 3.51 KD because to complain about melee/cloak shooting like a noob when you barely have deaths per most games to begin with is laughable.

Get lost noob.

Or maybe cloak shouldn't affect nanovision? Especially since you're expending power to become invisible. Perhaps cloaked players should show up as non-cloaked players do?

Cloak tracker needs a definite boost. I don't know why anyone would reduce its effectiveness.

First of all. Do I need to screenshot proof everything for you?

Anyhow, I do not hate Crysis 2. Intact I LOVE the multiplayer! It's amazing - but it does have some flaws you can't deny that -_____-

The game is very situational. Everyone has the same abilities (not weapons whoever). Stop judging the game's multiplayer based on your skill set. Just because you don't know what is better for which map is not the games fault. Takes some time to -learn the luck of the map- so to speak. Every fps is like that besides 1.6 and CSS because they are very cut and dry, not many attributes effecting your interaction with the game besides map knowledge and game skill, Unlike this game, where you have stealth/armor/power attributes, killstreaks what have you.

This.

Not that I believe that either, but I think it's quite possible to get a high KD on servers you have a great connection to, maybe even while being bad enough not to know how to play against cloaks.

not true, 2 weeks ago i hit lvl 15 more or less and i died to some bastard using MIKE and gauss with loadout pro, and i was so freaking proud of my damn new grendel... not everyone has the same gear, nor the same modules at the same level, but there is where you find the fun, using your gear and not having access to all directly makes you decide where are you going to point next

i dunno what you mean with "the luck of the map" but i hate those luckers who spam and kill you, but not even them know how did it happen

anyone else than me thinks that stealth mode is so easy to recognize? few cases i cant see a cloaked enemy nearby, maybe it has to do with that im playing in lowest graphic windowed mode, and the pixels are too hars, but meh....

My only point is that the best player in this game will easily be beaten by someone who has but no time into the game at all. They are making more and more games in this fashion. In CSS or 1.6 more specifically the game can be completely dominated by one very skilled person. The source games are the only FPS's where actual skill and practice matter more than luck and specific situations.

I call BS. Add "imo" in this and it would be fine. If you didn't notice yet, some of us see the exact opposite to this. If you like source games more, then why don't you go play those? No need to make C2 one, or complain about features that are not broken.
